Simon leads one of Law North's property and estates teams. Simon began his legal career in Dunedin but moved to the mid-North in the early 1980s. Since then he has gained a broad client base across the north acting as a general practitioner but has particular expertise in Trusts, Wills and Estates.
Simon was based at the firm’s Kaikohe office for several years and many of his rural clients remain based there. He has been involved in buying and selling farms for many of his farming family clients over successive generations. In the community, Simon has provided legal services to a number of community organisations such as Bay Sport Inc and the Kaikohe AP & H Association.
