Dennis McBrearty
Director
Dennis is a director in one of Law North Limited’s property, business and estate planning teams. His team completes all property related transactions (residential and commercial), business legal matters, wills, estates and trusts. He enjoys the challenge of helping his clients achieve their business and personal goals with a minimum of legal risk.
Originally from Tauranga but having studied in the South Island, Dennis moved to Paihia over 30 years ago. He has been part of the Bay of Islands community ever since and loves making the most of what the Bay has to offer in the way of boating, fishing and golfing. Dennis has been a member of the Waitangi Golf club for many years and is the Bay of Islands representative Trustee on the Waitangi National Trust Board.
