In addition to large scale subdivisions, many of our clients have carried out small subdivisions, often only subdividing one small block from their property. While we do not need to be involved to the same extent with a small subdivision, we have still found that it assists if we are involved in the initial discussions, as this can lead to a faster subdivision process and a reduction in costs.
